Blizzard Responds To Real Money Auction House Complaints

Uncategorized 0 No Comments

All these broke ass children have been complaining about items being listed for $250.

In what world do you live in blizz that you would allow people; gluttonous people to price crap so high?
I took one look at the RMAH just now and searched 1-hand barb type weapons and with little surprise found exactly what I expected, a travesty.
I am not entirely sure who at blizzard thought it would be a great idea to let players set prices on items but you sir should be FIRED! Millions of gold or $250 for a piece of gear that isn’t even legendary ffs!

Bashiok takes some time out of his busy day to respond:

This brings out the butthurt, of course.

Even a free market has rules, and once upon a time had that little thing called ethics that seems almost a quaint notion these days. Count your money more.

Why do you have to be a elitist douche to your customers? OP paid at least $60 to buy the game, and feels violated because he believes prices are so high. You can at least address the issue without sounding like douche. It’s not hard to do.

I understand your team is tired of seeing complaints on the forums day after day, but you have to understand that this game isn’t exactly what many were expecting, and your diehard fans are concerned that the company’s priorities are not really in line.

Also customers can be really lame and idiotic and it’s the CS rep’s job to deal with it professionally. I do graphic and web design and sometimes a customer manages to reach me on the phone with a complaint somehow and I still have to handle it professionally. Customers generate money and money is the lifeblood of any business, so please be nice

The RMAH  will continue to be a source of entertainment for years to come
